AFTERSALES POLICY
 
Sanucci operate an after sales policy via all appointed dealers. In the event of any issues relating to installations and subsequent claims after installation is completed (and the installer has left the job/site) it is our strict policy for our agents to take the end user’s credit card details prior to arranging any site visit.
 
A charge of £100.00 plus VAT as standard will be held against the card before the call out is arranged and the claim is assessed.  
 
The charge will not be applied if the reported fault is covered by our guarantee and we will immediately seek to repair and/or replace reported fault at our expense.
 
If the fault is identified as being due to incorrect installation then the initial call out charge will be applied and the end user will have the option for our service engineers to make good the installation and correct the problem within the first hour only.  Additional hourly labour charges will apply at £45.00 per hour & VAT thereafter and replacement parts or other materials if required will be charged as extra.  Our service engineers will also require a signature in agreement before any work is carried out.
